Zoe's Newborn Session: Minneapolis

Lifestyle newborn sessions are one of my favorite things. I always try to grab a few sleeping shots, but I'm really more interested in the family dynamic. I love the way new parents stare at their little ones or the way new big-siblings poke at the baby's face as if it's the most foreign thing in the world. I like the tiny baby toes and the way they cross their eyes when they're trying to figure out what I'm up to. I giggle a little when baby gets hiccups or spits up on mom or dad. I cry a whole lot when I look through all of these moments and realize how quickly they pass. Raising little humans is no joke, but it's also the most rewarding thing ever.
